IT-Helpdesk
IT services help Omnia’s staff and part-time teachers with IT-related questions. You can get help with issues such as your username, password, or using teaching platforms.

DigiTutors
DigiTutors are Omnia’s students who provide assistance to all Omnia students with everyday digital questions. DigiTutors are available at the Itätuulenpiha, Kirkkokatu, and Leppävaara lobbies. They can also be contacted by phone or email.

Customer service
The customer service of the Adult Education Centre provides service advice to students and those interested in studying at the association. Customer service also provides guidance on course registration and participation. In addition, they handle course billing.
